First Family Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the installation of its state-of-the-art Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in Okemah, Oklahoma. This cutting-edge technology represents a significant advancement in convenience and accessibility for the local community.

The ITM machine, the latest addition to First Family Federal Credit Union’s portfolio of innovative products and services, combines the efficiency of an ATM with the personal touch of face-to-face interaction with a live video teller. Members can conduct a wide range of transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and more, all with the convenience of extended hours beyond traditional business hours.

What is an ITM?

An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine. Meaning you will have the option to talk to a live person on screen during business hours. Our remote tellers will be able to assist you through all types of transactions, including:

  • Loan Payments
  • Check Cashing
  • Withdrawing Cash

ITMs are easy-to-use, simply touch the screen to speak to a FFFCU remote teller, or do it yourself, we give you the option!

Our first ITM will be located in Okemah at 603 S. Woody Guthrie and has an estimated opening of Fall 2024.

YES! The ITM functions just like an ATM for non-members.
